There is a $45.00 application fee.

You do not need to have a PayPal account.
You will have the option to pay by credit or debit card.

Please be aware that the $45 fee is required for processing your application. The application fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee acceptance of your application.

Please do your best to provide any and all information that will help us to evaluate your application. Any information that will not fit in the space allowed can be added to the comment space at the bottom of the application.
Once your payment and application data are received we will process your application and contact you regarding your application and rental property.
